In any case what I used to be thinking about doing was to operate the thermistor wire up and bring it out where The sunshine is situated In the fridge, then run it into the steel condenser and temporarily tape it there to see what transpires..The ultimate way to remove the base is to keep tapping along all the edges having a round bar and hammer.
